My name is Ann Clarke and I am a professionally qualified Reflexologist and Massage Therapist and also qualified to carry out Hopi Ear Candle Therapy.  I am based in Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire.

 

In today’s busy and stressful world we are all looking for ways in which to relax and deal with acute or chronic health problems that have arisen through no fault of our own or perhaps problems that have presented themselves by not taking care of ourselves as well as we should.

 

If you have an acute or chronic condition or are feeling burnt out or anxious, are unable to unwind and are finding that you are suffering increasingly from  symptoms such as stress, back pain, insomnia, IBS etc and want to help restore balance to your mind and body without resorting to chemical or artificial means then maybe reflexology or massage therapy are for you.  Of course it is not necessary to have problems to gain benefit from reflexology or massage, you may simply enjoy the feeling of relaxation and well-being that the therapies promote.
